Complete the Hosting check list and General Risk Assessment forms below and let management@makespace.org know if there are additions or corrections needed in any of the information.
- Hosting Checklist – Complete use if you want to book the classroom or host any event in Makespace. When complete you will be sent the form by email. Please forward a copy to management@makespace.org. Remember to post your event at Meet-up.
- General Risk Assessment (Recommended) – a standard risk assessment for most classroom events. Please read and amend as needed.
- General Risk Assessment (Blank) – use this for a new event, activity or equipment.
